No. Poise cannot affect a
minion that is moving out of the
fortress gate. Units cannot be affected by a
talent while in the
fortress gate. A
unit changing its
movement stat mid-
movement would be problematic for how
movement works, so you have to determine whether you are using Poise before the
unit moves in order to determine its destination
hex, and Poise cannot affect the
unit at that time.
